1. Executive Trustee and Chairman of Board of
Trustees: Dr.
Anjani Kumar Srivastava

Dr. A.K.
Srivastava promoted the APPL trust, with vision to serve and empower the
unprivileged. It was his dream to go back to his home- town where he grew
up and make a difference in the lives of the people there in any way he
can. He was hit by the misery and plight of the little children in rural
villages in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar and decided to take up some of these
projects as his starting ground, which would have maximum Impact.
Dr. A.K.
Srivastava brings over 40 years
of Research and Business Development experience from prominent companies within India and
abroad. He holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry and a Diploma in Business
Management. He holds memberships
to various Professional and Social Organizations in India and is active
in serving the community.

2. Trustee: Dr. Sanjay K. Srivastava
|
Dr. Sanjay
K. Srivastava holds a B.Sc. and
B.V.Sc.& A.H. Degrees and has been actively working in medical
services related areas around Gorakhpur (Eastern U.P.) for the past
decade. He is a known face in Gorakhpur city for various social projects/
campaigns for humane treatment to animals, canines, HIV and AID s,
trafficking in Children and Women etc. He was chosen as one of the icons
by India Today, a leading National Weekly, in November 2009, among
40 others from different walk of life, viz. science, literature, sports,
administration, entrepreneurship, in twin states of U.P. and Uttarakhand.

Trustee: Mrs. Priyanka Sinha
|
1. Mrs. Priyanka Sinha brings international exposure to
the group. She is based in USA and has experience with working with
people from different backgrounds. She works in the health care field as
a Pharmacist in a leading nationwide chain. She holds a Masters in
Pharmacy (Delhi Univ.) and M.B.A. (U.S.A.).

Advisory Board: -

1. Dr. Biplav Srivastava -- Biplav brings
the best of both worlds to the group. After completing his Masters and
PhD in Computer Science from USA, he decided to move back to his home
country, India and spend time working and learning the corporate work
culture in India. Biplav has varied experience from working for multiple
years in US and now in India. He is committed to bring a revolutionary
change in the lives of people who are less fortunate and has been
spending a lot of time visiting and helping these people in rural
villages. He is one of the driving force behind APPL.

2. Mrs.
Vandana Srivastava –Vandana is highly qualified with triple Masters in
Mathematics (Lucknow Univ.), Natural Sciences (a combination of
Mathematics and Computer Science)(ASU, USA) and Business Administration
(NY, USA). After working for a number of years as a valued teacher in
various Business /Engineering colleges in Delhi, she is now taking a
break to research different opportunities where her educational
background and vast experience would be of use to the underprivileged.

3. Dr.
Amulya K. Srivastava – Consultant & practicing Clinical Psychologist in
Gorakhpur. Amulya has volunteered a lot of his precious time to
visit the kids in rural villages
of Uttar Pradesh and spent time with their psychological evaluation and
treatment through counseling, education etc. He is the founder member and
CEO of a NGO named ’Achinta’.

4. Mr.
Utkarsh K. Sinha – Mr. Utkarsh is a renowned social worker and
consultants in India. He is the Director of Center For Contemporary
Studies And Research, Lucknow, India (CCSR). He is also in the
advisory board of a number of Organizations involved in social
activities, working at the national level. He has visited about more than
15 countries to give his expert-contributions in problems related to Food
Security, Drought, Un-organized system of rain- water management etc. He
has been a pioneer in the fields of Poverty alleviations, Nutrition, Food
security and Genetically Modified Food and Crops (GMO), etc.
